If you have received items that you do not like or have changed your mind on, you will need to pay for return shipping costs. If the item is damaged, or defective, or you are not satisfied with your purchase we will refund your return shipping charges. Please send us a RA Request email with the item name or reference number at and we will send you one. Upon receipt of your email request, we will immediately contact you with the next steps to follow:

  • All returns/exchanges requests must be received within 14 days of the original shipment delivery date.
  • All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition.
  • All items must be returned with their original tags and accessories (including removable belts, straps, etc.)
  • SALE items and Other Promo Sale items, Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We inspect all returns/exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition.
  • Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial, store credit, and/or 20% restocking fee.
  • Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return/exchange package as we are not responsible for lost return packages and tracking info is of utmost importance.
  • Returns/exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the package.
  • Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or store credit.
  • We will send you your new exchange order with complimentary standard shipping.
